Underwater photography The Underwater Photography course is designed for divers who want to capture the beauty of the underwater world while honing their technical photography skills. CHASSE AU POISSON-LION Open water diver training The Open Water Diver course is your gateway to the fascinating world of scuba diving. This program teaches you the fundamentals needed to dive safely, while developing your confidence and ease in the water. Upon completion, you will be certified to dive to 18 meters (60 feet), accompanied by a buddy. Rescue diver training The Diving Specific First Aid course is designed to prepare divers to respond effectively to emergencies underwater and on the surface. This program provides critical skills to identify, treat, and stabilize diving accident victims before medical assistance arrives. This type of training focuses on common diving emergencies, such as pressure injuries, drowning, and decompression sickness. Diving Specific Injuries Identification, Victim Assessment, CPR Techniques and AED Use, Diving Specific Injuries First Aid, Practical Exercises, and Emergency Scenarios are all topics covered in this training. After several years of exploring the seabed in Quebec, in various regions of Canada, the United States, the Arctic, as well as in Europe, South America and Central America, I chose to join the professional world as an instructor in 2017. With more than 1,700 hours of diving and several hundred certifications issued in different levels of training, my rich and diverse background now allows me to provide training in French, English and Spanish. Julie Tremblay ACUC Diving Instructor Passionate about the ocean and the wonders it contains, I discovered scuba diving in 2015. This experience marked the beginning of a growing passion, which quickly led me to explore the seabed around the world. Each immersion reinforced my desire to deepen my knowledge and improve myself in this fascinating universe. Always driven by this thirst for learning, I decided to share my passion with others. This is how in 2021, after years of training and discoveries, I became a diving instructor.
